Keyna Cory is the President of Public Affairs Consultants, Inc. With over 30 years of legislative experience, she has worked with a variety of clients to help them achieve their legislative goals. She has considerable expertise in solid waste management including recycling, environmental, water, transportation, telecommunications, agriculture, sports and general business issues.
She is also the Executive Director of the Florida Recycling Partnership Foundation, a coalition of top Florida businesses and association with the mission to educate policy makers, business leaders and the general public on the benefits of recycling. The organization provides a variety of educational summits, workshops and webinars using its memberships’ expertise to show others how recycling can be done.
Keyna is an active member of the Florida Society of Association Executives. She was the Associate Member of the Year in 2001, Past Chair of the Florida Society of Association Executives Foundation and currently serves on the Board of Directors.
In 2012, Keyna was elected to the Keep Florida Beautiful Board of Directors. KFB is dedicated to its mission, its 40 affiliates, and to the sustainment of Florida’s natural beauty through action and education.
In January 2016, Keyna was elected to the Florida Sports Hall of Fame Board of Directors. She was chair of the 1995 Carquest Bowl and was the first woman to chair a post season college football game.
Keyna attended the University of Florida and as a freshman, participated in a graduate program on students lobbying the Legislature. She has always had a deep interest in politics and government and met her husband and business partner, Jack Cory, while working on a legislative campaign.
The Cory’s live in Tallahassee with their dog Rusty.
