Malcolm Xavier Eve leads Crown Castle’s public affairs strategy and activities for the South Area of the U.S. including Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas.
Crown Castle owns, operates and leases more than 40,000 cell towers and approximately 80,000 route miles of fiber supporting small cells and fiber solutions across every major U.S. market. This nationwide portfolio of communications infrastructure connects cities and communities to essential data, technology and wireless service – bringing information, ideas and innovations to the people and businesses that need them.
Prior to joining Crown Castle, Malcolm had the privilege to work in the federal government for twelve years directly for U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Donna Shalala during the Clinton administration and U.S. Department of Agriculture Secretary Thomas Vilsack during the Obama administration. He served in various capacities throughout the United States and abroad during his federal tenure in project management, communications, public affairs and event management. In addition, he had the unique opportunity to work on the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta, GA as lead for transportation operations at a large sports venue.
Malcolm was raised in Buffalo, NY and is a proud Western New Yorker. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
