On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy had on Former Fat Guy Rob Cooper. Rob explained that he gained about 100 pounds a year over a two year period when started driving a cab for a living. Today, Rob has lost almost 300 pounds and shares his weight loss tips on the show. He went from being a totally sedentary cab driver to an athlete who has climbed Mt Kilimanjaro. His best results happened when he changed his focus from trying to lose weight to focusing on his health instead.
