Kelsey Stuart is the CEO, and one of the original founders of Bloomin’ Blinds franchise. Starting as part of a family business, Kelsey helped Bloomin’ Blinds evolve into one of the largest window covering companies in the Dallas/Fort Worth area over 17 years.

With a desire to help others duplicate the benefits and lifestyle that comes with a successful window covering company, Bloomin’ Blinds franchise was established in 2014 and Kelsey, and his brothers, have taught over 50 franchise owners the secrets of running a great business. Kelsey has been married for 15 years and has 2 young daughters and is currently obsessed with hiking the Appellation Trail in the near future.
