Randall Toussaint is the Economic Development Director with The City of Johns Creek.
Randall has over a decade of experience in the fields of urban planning and economic development.
He is a former Fellow with the US Department of Housing & Urban Development and a former legislative liaison with the Georgia Legislative Black Caucus.
He holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from Savannah State University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Morehouse College.
Randall lives in Gainesville, Georgia with his wife and two children.
