Steve is Head of Talent & Diversity, Americas with Nomura. He has fifteen years of progressive business, organizational development, and training experience in the Financial Services and Retail industries. Steve has extensive leadership experience including management of teams ranging from 4 to 40. He leads complex change management initiatives through company reorganizations and acquisitions. Steve manages sophisticated projects including systems implementation for Learning Management and Talent Management platforms.
Steve is a Qualified Myers Briggs administrator, is a certified facilitator in DDI and Achieve Global Leadership curriculum, and certified Franklin Covey facilitator. He is an active and contributing member of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) National and Local Chapters.
