John Sievila is PMO Project Director for Cancer Treatment Centers of America. John is a graduate of University of North Dakota with a BSEE. As an accomplished Technology professional with extensive PMO experience in large-scale projects including Healthcare (PACS, HIS, RIS, etc.), John has successfully led large scale PMO driven projects and programs, including Professional Services organizations throughout his career. Expert at developing and aligning corporate strategies with operating processes, organizational structures and IT, John has built development models and project delivery methodologies for large scales projects including PACS, CRM and data warehousing.
John’s career highlights include 3M Healthcare implemented PACS projects for USC University Hospital, Baylor Medical Center, University of Washington, and Blodgett Medical Center. Supported RSNA and trade-shows in Singapore and Japan. While at Imation (3M Spinoff) John led the team (Project Director) for CRM selection (RFP, RFQ) and Deployment. Negotiated license fees. Acted as IT liaison to (5) business units. Moving to Eloyalty (Formerly Bentley Group) performed logistics technology selection (RFP/RFQ) for GE Medical Systems. Project Director (CRM deployment) for RCN, Frontier Telecommunications, Century Link, and Agilent (HP Medical devices). While at Braun Consulting John was the Program Manager for DirecTV which included technology selection and deployment for CRM and data warehousing solution.
John enjoys a good round of golf and working with K9 rescue groups.

Lynda Stanton began her career as a business analyst working on financial systems at Phoenix-based Apollo Education Group. After enjoying varied experience at Apollo, which included internal audit and playing a key role on a PMO for a $13M business transformation project, she moved into the consulting world. As an advisory consultant at PwC, Lynda led efforts to develop an adoption dashboard for a large cloud application implementation and ran the PMO for a $10M+ trade promotion system transformation.
Feeling it was time for a new challenge, Lynda began working in the newly established PMO for Phoenix-based software company, WebPT. Over the last year, Lynda has worked with WebPT leadership to create the PMO function as well as manage internal projects including obtaining a security certification and the efforts to integrate a new acquisition.
Lynda lives in Scottsdale with her husband, 2 dogs and a cat. She spends her free time doing yoga and volunteering for the Arizona Animal Welfare League where she is also a member of The League, AAWL’s Young Professionals Council.
