Chuck Kluball serves Manager: Specialty Selling Store Operations at The Home Depot. Chuck graduated from Valdosta State University in 2009 and commissioned through OCS as an Infantry Officer in the Army where he served for 7 years.
While in the Army, Chuck completed an MBA from the University of North Carolina (UNC) with a dual focus in Global Supply Chain and Sustainability. Upon transitioning out of the military, Chuck joined the Home Depot’s corporate offices in Atlanta as a Project Manager in their Supply Chain Development team.
Chuck is currently a manager of specialty selling for Home Depot’s appliance and kitchen departments and sits on Home Depot’s Military Appreciation Group (MAG) board where he leads the organization’s Veteran Integration efforts. Chuck is a mentor with American Corporate Partners as well as supporting other veteran transition organizations.

Ross Chesaniuk serves as Senior Project Manager at The Home Depot. Ross graduated from West Point with a degree in Systems & Industrial Engineering in 2011, commissioning as an Engineer Officer in the U.S. Army.
During his five years of service, Ross served in multiple roles including Platoon Leader and Executive Officer in a bridge construction company, Chief Engineer of a SOCOM compound in Afghanistan, and Project Engineer for the Army Corps of Engineers. He completed his Masters in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech during his last year of service and transitioned to the private sector in 2016.
Ross joined The Home Depot as a Sr. Analyst – Supply Chain Strategy and currently leads Home Depot’s Upstream Supply Chain PMO team. He is serving as Co-Chair for The Home Depot’s Military Appreciation Group (MAG).

Lloyd Knight is a Senior Director of International Air Freight based at UPS Supply Chain Solutions corporate campus in Alpharetta, GA. Lloyd began his career with UPS in 2007 and in addition to his current assignment has served multiple capacities including Director of Global Freight Forwarding, Director of Global Government Operations and Government Operations Manager.
In addition to these roles, Lloyd has been selected for several special assignments including a six month rotation with corporate HR establishing the UPS Veterans Management Training Program, a six week deployment to Hong Kong in 2017 to support peak season and the Chairman of the UPS Veterans Council in 2019.
Lloyd retired from the Air Force in 2007 after 20 years of service. During his military service, Lloyd logged over 3,000 flight hours as a Loadmaster on several aircraft including the C-141 Starlifter, C-5 Galaxy, and C-23 Sherpa. He also served as a Functional Manager at HQ Air Mobility Command and First Sergeant for Medical and Communications Squadrons. Lloyd participated in Operations “Just Cause”, “Desert Storm” “Northern Watch”, “Southern Watch”, “Allied Force” and supported Operations “Enduring Freedom” and “Iraqi Freedom”.
Lloyd started the first UPS Veterans Business Resource Group in Atlanta and co-founded and is the President of VETLANTA, an industry collaboration of veteran friendly/affiliated organizations striving to make Atlanta the premier community for veterans and their families. He is an active volunteer supporting multiple non-profits including American Corporate Partners, FourBlock, Veterans Empowerment Organization and Hire Heroes USA.
Lloyd is the recipient of the 2017 UPS Jim Casey Community Service Award. This award is given annually to just one of 454,000 global UPS employees for demonstrating an exceptional commitment to helping others in their community. He is also two time recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Award and was awarded an Atlanta Journal Constitution Hometown Hero Award in 2018.
Lloyd has associate degrees in Aircrew Operations and Human Resources Management from the Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelor Degree and Master’s Degree in Transportation & Logistics Management from American Military University. Tyler Freeman was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and joined the United States Marine Corps in 2008. He was stationed in the Carolinas shortly thereafter with military occupations primarily involving helicopter squadrons as an Aviation Maintenance Supervisor and a CH-53E Helicopter Crew Member.
After 5 ½ years of service and three deployments (2 to Northeast Africa and 1 to Afghanistan), Tyler received an honorable discharge from the Marine Corps in April of 2014 to pursue undergraduate studies at University of North Carolina at Greensboro. While enrolled, he held a concurrent full-time position at Ameriprise Financial in various operations and project management roles.
He completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude) at UNC Greensboro in December, 2017. Tyler then relocated to Atlanta after he was accepted to Emory University’s Goizueta Business School & Emory Law School, where he began the full-time MBA/JM Dual Degree program in August 2018.
When Tyler is not studying, he is either looking for a new international location to visit, scuba diving, or motorcycling with his girlfriend Lea. Scott W. Luton is the founder of Supply Chain Now Radio and also serves as Managing Partner for TalentStream. He has worked extensively in the end-to-end Supply Chain industry for more than 15 years, appearing in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Dice and Quality Progress Magazine.
Scott currently serves as Executive Vice President of APICS Atlanta, was recently named a 2019 Pro to Know in Supply Chain by Supply & Demand Executive. He served on the 2018 Georgia Logistics Summit Executive Committee and currently serves as Chair of the 2019 Atlanta Supply Chain Awards Planning Committee.
He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and holds the APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) credential. As a Veteran of the United States Air Force, Scott also volunteers on the Business Pillar for VETLANTA, and maintains active membership in the Georgia Manufacturing Alliance & CSCMP Atlanta Roundtable.
